Do I need my own WhatsApp and DLT registrations?
Yes. You connect your WhatsApp Business account and your SMS provider under your own DLT registration. We help you set them up.

Can I send marketing messages?
Not yet. The beta carries OTP and transactional messages only.
Where is my data kept?
In India: Oracle Cloud's Mumbai region, with backups in Hyderabad.
What happens if WhatsApp and SMS both fail?
The message ends as failed with a stable code that says why and what to do. If a provider never answers, it is marked unknown and never resent blindly.
Do you generate the OTP codes?
No. Your app creates and checks the code; Hopwire delivers it, masks it in every log and trail, and keeps its expiry across the fallback.
Can I try it without touching real phones?
Yes. The Sandbox simulates delivery, failures, timeouts and late reports with the same API and webhooks as Live.
Which languages does the SDK support?
TypeScript today. Every feature is also a plain HTTPS API with an OpenAPI description.
